A rendering is a drawing that is created either by hand or through professional computer software. These types of drawings help one visualize what a completed project could look like. If you’re doing a complete tear down, or have multiple ideas for how to design a room, a rendering can show you what the finished project will look like. This is also often used by real estate agents, to help their clients see the potential in a home that is a fixer-upper. 

Space planning is helpful when preparing for a move or buying new furniture. This, along with drawing and rendering, can help you find furniture that fits a space. If you have an awkwardly shaped room, space planning also helps to make the most of the unusual dimensions. 

A renovation is a huge undertaking and there are so many things to consider. It can be difficult to manage the different contractors and sub-contractors, staying on top of their work as well as managing delivery of materials and furniture. I work with vendors and contractors to manage quality control and timelines, taking care of scheduling and helping with aesthetic decisions, so that you get the home of your dreams.  

It can be really frustrating to see something you like in a catologue or furniture shop but not be able to get it in the size, color, or materials you need. Semi-custom furniture takes the idea inspiration you love but customizes it to fit your needs and desires. Custom furniture is something completely unique and one of a kind, that will really make a statement.

As an interior designer, I have access to tradespeople and design showrooms that the general public does not have access to and I’m able to source things that you wouldn’t be able to find at a traditional furniture store. Even when buying from a catalog or furniture store, I am able to source products at a discount, and pass on those savings to you. By buying furniture through me you save both time and money.

If the project scope warrants, I have receiving companies that will receive and store your furniture until time of install. For small items, such as accessories and decorative lighting, you have the option of having these items shipped directly, or, I can store them until time of install.
